Delivery and Return Policy
Your orders are handed over to the courier within 1-3 days. The shipping fee is automatically calculated by the system and charged during the payment step. Do not make any payments to the courier company.
Please make sure to inspect all products during delivery. If you see any damage, do not accept the product and have a report filed. Please bear in mind that once a product has been delivered, the courier company is considered to have fulfilled its responsibility completely.
If a defective or incorrect product arrives in your order, you may exercise your right to return or exchange it. However, in accordance with the Turkish Commercial Code (TTK), there is no right of withdrawal for food items, beverages, or other daily consumables. You may return the product you purchased in the same condition as received within fourteen (14) days from the delivery date, provided that the packaging is unopened, undamaged, the product has not been used, and it is in a condition that will not hinder its resale. Shipping costs are not refunded for product returns. If the defect in the ordered product is caused by customer usage or if the product has been used within the 14-day period, the product will not be returned or exchanged. Regarding product return and exchange conditions, the practices stipulated by the Law on the Protection of the Consumer No. 4077 are essential.
